The future of a brand is one challenge. The future of a young offender is far less strategic. It can hang in the balance if they don’t get a chance to prove they can break away from the temptation to re-offend. We work with organisations who seek to improve their lives by helping them to develop the tools to change. Self esteem and understanding how to find a new life away from crime are just a part of the programme. Mentors teach young people to understand the implications of the crimes they commit and how that affects all our lives and environments. A 30% reduction in re-offending has demonstrated this works.
