The future of a brand is one challenge. The future of an offender is far less strategic. Supporting people to get back into the community features large on the Government agenda.
We work in conjunction with HMP Wandsworth’s Job Club and their training initiatives enabling offenders to develop the skills to change. Along with Timpsons, Cisco Systems, SE Trains and others, we give opportunities of work experience and ultimately full time employment and, to this end, we have created Ricochet Bounce Back.
Ricochet Bounce Back is our initiative employing ex offenders and training them for the workplace. Through this training, we now have the Bounce Back painting and decorating team who are enthusiastically working throughout London - watch this space and contact us if you need anything decorated!
